I just listened to this so it's too early to tell if it's working, but I already feel like I'd like to eat healthier and drink more water. Dr. Love is a joy to listen to even if I can't remember half the stuff on this recording. I think I'll listen to it again over the course of several days and see how much it helps. I'm sold on her and I intend to enjoy more of her files, self-help or otherwise.
