Melting Glow

With each word I say, you may find it easier to relax. Easier to let go. To allow yourself to simply drift. And as you listen to my voice, you may begin to feel that familiar sense of peace, that sense of calm washing over you. Like waves gently lapping against the shore, each breath in... and each breath out... carries you deeper and deeper. Focusing on my voice and my words, and feeling relaxed,
