Welcome to my presence. I'm going to take you on a journey into deep mind, controlling your breathing, controlling your heartbeat, controlling your mind, your brain waves synchronizing with mine. In fact, you can already feel the effects of my voice, feeling yourself slipping down, down and down, floating along with my voice. Yes. Now adding in the sound of the metronome, my voice fades out as the metronome takes you even further down, deeper into your own mind, everything fading away into the sound.
